2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the chopped celery, onion, Manbaby Sauce, water, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add the beef chuck roast, ensuring it is well-coated in the sauce mixture.
Step 2: Cook the Roast
Cover and cook on high heat for 1 hour.
Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 6–8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
Step 3: Shred and Combine
Remove the roast from the slow cooker and allow it to cool slightly.
Shred the beef using two forks, discarding any large pieces of fat.
Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker, stirring to mix it thoroughly with the sauce. Allow the mixture to heat through for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4: Assemble the Hamburgers
Using a slotted spoon, scoop about ½ cup of the beef mixture onto each bottom bun.
Top with the split bun and serve warm.
